Au cours des années qui ont passé, Jim et Michelle se sont mariés tandis que Kevin et Vicky se sont dit au revoir. Oz et Heather se sont éloignés, mais Finch aspire toujours à la mère de Stifler.
Maintenant, ces amis de longue date sont rentrés à la maison à l'âge adulte pour se remémorer et s'inspirer des adolescents hormonaux qui ont lancé une légende de la comédie.
