This gel-based ivory icing colour from Wilton delivers a bright, rich shade without altering the consistency of your cake batter, buttercream, or royal icing. Ideal for tinting white fondant and gum paste, a small amount goes a long way, allowing you to achieve deeper, more vibrant colours with minimal usage. The formula is kosher certified and easy to blend, making it perfect for creating custom shades.

For best results, use a clean cocktail stick to extract colour from the jar and knead thoroughly for even distribution or less for a marbled effect. Keep the colouring centered in the mass to avoid staining hands, and wash hands with warm water and soap after use. Not suitable for colouring chocolate. Suitable for water-based edible applications.
