Known for her transformative interpretations, Marshall reimagines songs by Frank Ocean, Bob Seger, Lana Del Rey, Jackson Browne, Iggy Pop, The Pogues, Nick Cave, and The Replacements. The album also features a reworked version of her own song "Hate" from "The Greatest" (2006), now retitled "Unhate." Entirely self-produced, "Covers" showcases Marshall's singular artistic vision and deep emotional resonance.
