Synopsis In het jaar 2707 zijn de natuurlijke hulpbronnen van de aarde door de mensheid uitgeput. Er woedt een strijd tussen de soldaten van vier toonaangevende bedrijven: Capitol, Bauhaus, Mishima en Imperial. Wanneer het geweld een oud stenen zegel verbreekt, verschijnen Necromutanten en beginnen zich met miljoenen te vermenigvuldigen, waarbij ze alles voor hen vernietigen.
De leider van de Corporations, Constantine (John Malkovich), staat op het punt de planeet te verlaten en talloze onschuldigen aan hun wanhopige lot over te laten wanneer hij wordt benaderd door broeder Samuel (Ron Pearlman), leider van de Broederschap, een oude kloosterorde die hoop biedt aan de ontmoedigde leider. Tegen alle verwachtingen in vertrouwt Constantine broer Samuel en andere gelijkgestemde soldaten toe om hen te redden van de gemuteerde legers.
