Op de dvd staan een reeks trainingen die speciaal door Ed zijn ontworpen om in combinatie te werken om de vetverbranding efficiënt en snel te maximaliseren.
Ed's heeft een programma van 30 dagen ontworpen dat je laat zien wanneer en hoe je moet trainen om het meeste uit de dvd te halen. Achter deze hoes zit Ed's 30-dagen agendaplanner. Het is ook beschikbaar om te bekijken vanuit het hoofdmenu op de dvd. Op het programma staan 6 gloednieuwe 10 minuten workouts. We hebben 3 geweldige vetverbrandende trainingen - Boxfit, de Ultimate Fat Burner en de HiiT Fat Burner. Ook op de dvd staat een geweldige kracht- en toontraining om je spieren die extra boost te geven, evenals een van Ed's kenmerkende buikspieroefeningen.
Ed is een voorvechter van techniek en ik denk dat de buikspieren-sectie van dit jaar de zwaarste tot nu toe is! Voor het eerst is er ook een gloednieuw concept in het sporten - de Buddy Workout. Het is geniaal, je kunt het doen met een vriend, partner, man en vrouw, zelfs met de kinderen.
