John Cusack stars as Detective Mike Fletcher, a determined cop hunting a serial killer terrorizing Buffalo, N.Y. Teaming up with his partner, Kelsey Walker (Jennifer Carpenter of Dexter), Fletcher becomes increasingly consumed by the investigation.
