Noel Clarke (Star Trek into Darkness, Doctor Who, Adulthood) vertolkt de rol van Sam Peel met de baanbrekende Grime-artiest Stormzy naast hem als Yards. Brotherhood is het derde deel van de trilogie, aangeboden door Bafta-bekroonde acteur, schrijver en regisseur, Noel Clarke, die ook samen met Jason Maza, Maggie Monteith en Gina Powell produceerde.
