Marvel Champions is a cooperative Living Card Game (LCG) from Fantasy Flight that continues to grow and expand with new content on a monthly basis. Unlike other card games, Marvel Champions does not rely on random booster packs for new cards. Instead, it offers set cards like hero expansion decks, new schemes, and villains, allowing players to choose and strategize with the cards they want to use.
The game play revolves around hand management, where each hero has their own unique cards, and players can either use a pre-built deck or choose cards from a general deck with generic cards and one of four attribute decks: leadership, justice, aggression, and protection. The attribute decks are named appropriately, and each card must be paid for by using other cards.
Marvel Champions offers a fun and thematic experience, allowing players to fit characters with their best-themed deck, like Captain America with a leadership build, or mix it up for a greater challenge. The villains in the game have their own decks, complete with a main scheme to stop, minions, side schemes, and more. Each hero can also switch between their heroic form and alter ego, and the villains react differently to each form. Villains will directly attack heroes in their heroic form, but if the hero is in their alter ego, the villain does not know who they are and will continue with their evil scheme.
The Ant-Man expansion pack comes with a pre-built deck and additional leadership cards to give players more options and strategies to choose from. Marvel Champions is suitable for 1-4 players, with a playtime of 45-90 minutes, and is recommended for ages 14 and up.

So far this is the third adult-sized dragon in my D&D miniature collection, joining the red dragon and blue shadow dragon, in addition to the two ancients Arveiaturace and Balagos. While Balagos still reigns supreme, the lunar dragon is my favourite of the three adult dragons.
The pose is magnificent, with the wings spread wide as if either taking flight or attempting to instil fear into a mortal foe. Unlike a number of the larger dragon minis, this one does not need the tail or wings attaching separately, so you get a nice smooth finish to the mini without any join lines.
The paint job is understated but beautiful. The majority of the dragon is white/pale grey, but with the underside of the wings given a light dusting of a pinkish brown.
Overall, Wizkids have excelled themselves with this one, and I'd recommend it to anyone running a Spelljammer campaign, or just looking for a new imposing D&D adversary (or ally!) in their game.
