Preparation Instructions:

• Hob: Place sealed bowl in hot water for 5 minutes. Peel off film and stir well before serving.
• Microwave (800W): Pierce film lid several times. Heat on full power for 1 minute. Peel off film and stir well to remove hot spots.

Always check temperature before serving. Serve straight from the bowl. Discard any leftovers after the meal. Do not heat in the oven.
