MONIN Pink Grapefruit syrup captures the tart, juicy, and zesty essence of fresh pink grapefruits. With a refreshing balance of acidity, bitterness, and sweetness, this syrup is perfect for crafting vibrant cocktails, mocktails, sodas, smoothies, and iced teas. Grapefruits, a hybrid of pomelo and sweet orange, originated in Barbados in the 18th century. The name 'grapefruit' traces back to a Jamaican farmer who noted its grape-like cluster growth and taste.

Each 700ml glass bottle contains 10% concentrated pink grapefruit juice, natural flavourings, and pure sugar syrup. This product is alcohol-free, Halal, Kosher, and suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets. Emulsifiers include acacia gum and E445; colour E129 may affect activity and attention in children.
