The delivery was excellent , as is the product.
Unfortunately the box was very very clearly labelled with what was inside it, on both sides of the box so the recipient of the gift knows exactly what they’re getting and their birthday present is no longer a surprise as they answered the door for the delivery. Why would you put great big stickers of what is inside the parcel on the outside of the box? It didn’t even say it vaguely like it has on every email and the review title. It wasn’t even on the delivery info sticker it was two separate stickers. Might as well have got a megaphone and shouted what I’d got them from the rooftops.
Was a bit apprehensive about buying this but my grandson is mad about Thomas this potty is great and he is trying to use it straight away.
