Knorr Classic Broccoli & Stilton Soup Mix offers a convenient and flavorful solution for quick, satisfying meals. This dehydrated soup mix yields 25 portions of 170ml each, making it ideal for catering or bulk food service. Simply whisk 85g of the mix into 850ml of boiling water, return to the boil while whisking occasionally, then cover and simmer for 3 minutes.
Made with sustainably grown broccoli (9.6%) and real processed Stilton cheese (5.6%), this vegetarian-friendly soup contains no added artificial colors or preservatives and meets DOH 2017 salt targets for soups. The blend includes potato starch, sunflower oil, onion powder, yeast extract, and natural flavourings for a rich, creamy taste. Bain Marie stable for consistent serving in foodservice environments.
