In „Looney Tunes Mayhem“ treten Toons-Teams gegeneinander an. Jedes Team kämpft darum, als erstes Team 5 Siegpunkte (VP) zu sammeln.
Looney Tunes Mayhem basiert auf dem „Mayhem-System“, einem System für teambasierte Charakter-gegen-Charakter-Kämpfe, bei dem die direkteste Methode für ein Team, SP zu erhalten, darin besteht, seine Gegner KO zu schlagen. Charaktere nutzen Gegenstände und Kräfte, um gegen das gegnerische Team zu kämpfen, wobei sich der Kampfschaden jede Runde basierend auf dem Chaoswürfel ändert. Wenn ein Charakter KO geschlagen wird, wird er vom Spielfeld entfernt und sein Gegner erhält Siegpunkte. Der KO geschlagene Charakter kehrt in die nächste Runde zurück, um zu spielen.
Wenn Sie nicht kämpfen, können Sie möglicherweise SPs an klassischen Cartoon-Schauplätzen gewinnen. Der Standort „Poker Stars“ beispielsweise ermöglicht es einem Toon, der sich dorthin bewegt, sein Glück zu versuchen; Wenn Sie einen Stern auf dem Chaos-Würfel würfeln, erhält Ihr Team sofort einen SP. Der Standort „Zuhause, süßes Zuhause“ gibt Ihrem Team einen SP, wenn beide Charaktere Ihres Teams zum ersten Mal dort ankommen. Am Standort „Desert Road“ werden ACME-Lieferungen ausgegeben, die den Charakteren zusätzliche Effekte bieten, die ihre Gegner zum KABOOM!
