Horrific Journeys ist eine aufregende Erweiterung für die 2. Edition von Mansions of Madness, die Ihre Abenteuer auf neue und furchterregende Höhen führt. Diese Erweiterung schaltet drei neue Szenarien in der Begleit-App frei, die jeweils auf einem Ozeandampfer, einem Luxusdampfzug oder einem schwebenden Luftschiff hoch über der Stadt Arkham gespielt werden können.
Neben neuen Schauplätzen führt Horrific Journeys auch neue Mechaniken und Effekte ein, die dazu führen können, dass sich die Ermittler in Zeit und Raum verlieren. In einem der neuen Szenarios wird das Konzept der Agendas eingeführt, das dazu führen kann, dass einige der Ermittler zu hybriden Kreaturen werden, die versuchen, die Ermittlungen zu sabotieren.
Diese Erweiterung enthält außerdem 4 neue Ermittler und 7 neue Kreaturenminiaturen, die Sie Ihrer Sammlung hinzufügen können. Es sind 18 neue doppelseitige Kartenteile sowie neue Zaubersprüche, Zustände und Gegenstände enthalten, mit denen Sie Ihr Spiel verbessern können. Diese Komponenten können mit dem Basisspiel von Mansions of Madness 2. Edition sowie mit allen anderen Erweiterungen verwendet werden, die Sie möglicherweise haben.
