Bei diesem Gegenstand scheint es sich zunächst um ein großes versiegeltes Eisenfass mit einem Gewicht von 500 Pfund zu handeln. Das Fass verfügt über einen versteckten Verschluss, der beim Loslassen eine Luke an einem Ende des Fasses öffnet, sodass zwei mittelgroße oder kleinere Kreaturen hineinkriechen können. Am anderen Ende sind zehn Hebel in einer Reihe angebracht, jeder in einer neutralen Position, die sich entweder nach oben oder unten bewegen lässt. Wenn bestimmte Hebel betätigt werden, verwandelt sich der Apparat in die Form eines riesigen Hummers.
