Sam sait que pour survivre, il doit affronter ses problèmes de front et qu'il aura besoin de vieux amis pour l'aider à survivre à de nouveaux dangers. Noel Clarke (Star Trek into Darkness, Doctor Who, Adulthood) reprend le rôle de Sam Peel avec l'artiste révolutionnaire de Grime Stormzy à ses côtés dans le rôle de Yards. Brotherhood est le troisième volet de la trilogie, présentée par l'acteur, scénariste et réalisateur primé aux Bafta, Noel Clarke, qui a également produit aux côtés de Jason Maza, Maggie Monteith et Gina Powell.
