Im Deck gibt es 5 Psychokiller und die Waffen, mit denen er dich angreift.
Ihr Zug besteht darin, so viele Karten aus Ihrer Hand auszuspielen, wie Sie möchten, muss aber damit enden, dass Sie eine Karte von der Oberseite des Stapels ziehen. Sie müssen jedoch keine Karte ausspielen, um vom Stapel zu ziehen.Wenn jemand einen Psycho Killer zieht, muss er ihn vor sich auf den Tisch legen, es sei denn, er kann dem Psycho Killer ausweichen. Gelingt dies nicht, wird jeder Spieler angegriffen, der eine Waffenkarte auf der Hand hat.
Bei einem Angriff müssen die Spieler ihre Waffenkarten offen vor sich auf den Tisch legen. Diese werden Injury Piles genannt.
Jede Psychokiller- und Waffenkarte ist eine bestimmte Anzahl an Punkten wert. Wenn sie Ihrem Verletzungsstapel hinzugefügt werden, werden sie zu Verletzungspunkten. Das Spiel endet, wenn der letzte Psychokiller gezogen wird und der Spieler mit den wenigsten Verletzungspunkten gewinnt.
