Mae Ploy Red Curry Paste is a rich, spicy Thai cooking essential made with authentic ingredients including garlic (21.5%), dried red chilli (19.0%), lemongrass (18.5%), shallot (14.5%), salt (13.0%), galangal (6.0%), shrimp paste (4.5%), kaffir lime peel (2.5%), and pepper (0.5%). This thick red/brown paste delivers bold, traditional flavor perfect for quick and delicious Thai curries.

To prepare, mix 2–3 tablespoons of paste with 1–2 cups of coconut milk. Add your choice of vegetables and protein, then simmer for 15–20 minutes. Serve hot with rice or noodles for an authentic Thai meal.
