Le Fruit de MONIN Coconut Puree delivers the rich, creamy, and indulgent taste of tropical coconuts, perfect for crafting premium beverages with a luxurious twist. Made with 30% coconut content, including coconut milk and grated coconut, this puree offers an intense candied coconut flavor on the palate with aromatic notes of creamed and desiccated coconut. Ideal for adding depth to dessert drinks, milkshakes, cocktails, mocktails, and iced coffees.

This 1L PET bottle contains a shelf-stable formula that lasts 18–24 months unopened and up to 4 weeks after opening when stored properly at room temperature (<25°C). Alcohol-free and certified Halal and Kosher, it's suitable for vegetarian diets but contains milk (condensed milk and emulsifiers), so it is not vegan-friendly.

Usage Guidelines:

• Cocktails: 15–30ml per serve
• Frappes & Milkshakes: 30ml
• Iced Teas & Lemonades: 15ml
• Hot Drinks: 15–20ml
