Knorr Rich Vegetable Flavour Paste Bouillon creates perfect bases and has been voted best stock mix by the Chefs Choice Award for four years running. This gluten-free and lactose-free bouillon is ideal for refining and seasoning a variety of dishes. Use it as a stock, base, seasoning, or more. Each 1kg tub can make up to 40 litres of stock, making it ideal for commercial or home use.

To prepare, pour 1 litre of boiling water onto a dessert spoon (25g) of bouillon paste and stir until dissolved. The paste contains no added MSG and no artificial flavours, delivering a rich, natural vegetable taste enhanced with carrot juice powder (2.4%) and onion powder (2%).

Other ingredients include vegetable oil (palm, sunflower), salt, potato starch, maltodextrin, yeast extract, sugar, flavourings (containing CELERY), herb and spice extract. Produced by Unilever Food Solutions, this product is made in the United Kingdom.
