Evidence points to a woman using personal ads to lure her victims. Teaming up with fellow officer Sherman (Goodman), who is investigating a similar case, Keller devises a risky plan: place fake personal ads to date potential suspects and collect their fingerprints. When the alluring and enigmatic Helen (Barkin) responds, Frank is drawn into a dangerous romance, blurring the line between duty and desire as he suspects she may be the killer.

Its a good item
Splendidly politically incorrect by today’s standards but a bit of fun. Set in Nigeria but I suspect filmed in East a Africa - the fever trees in the wildlife scenes give it away
