Elderflower Gin Fizz Recipe
You will need: • Belvoir Farm Elderflower Cordial : 25ml • Dry Gin : 50ml • Ice : To taste • Prosecco : 50ml • Mint : 5-8 leaves • Lemon juice :15ml • Soda : 150ml
Method: • Bruise the mint and add to a highball glass. • Add the lemon juice, gin and fill with ice. • Add prosecco and top with soda. • Drizzle Belvoir Farm Elderflower cordial over the top. • Stir & garnish with mint.
