This gluten-free and lactose-free bouillon is ideal for refining and seasoning a variety of dishes. Use it as a stock, base, seasoning, or more. Each 1kg tub can make up to 40 litres of stock, making it ideal for commercial or home use.

To prepare, pour 1 litre of boiling water onto a dessert spoon (25g) of bouillon paste and stir until dissolved. The paste contains no added MSG and no artificial flavours, delivering a rich, natural vegetable taste enhanced with carrot juice powder (2.4%) and onion powder (2%).
