This vegetable flavour bouillon powder makes 50 litres of broth when prepared with water. Suitable for vegans and free from gluten and lactose, it contains no declared allergens, no artificial colours or preservatives, and meets UK Department of Health 2024 salt targets for bouillon.
To prepare, bring 1 litre of water to a boil, add and dissolve 20g of powder, then simmer for 2 minutes at medium heat, stirring occasionally.
