Beschreibung

Queen I is the remixed debut album by Queen, presented as a collector’s set for fans of the band. The 6CD+1LP edition includes the album on 180g black vinyl and a 108-page hardback book.

Recorded in 1972 and first released in 1973, the album features “Keep Yourself Alive” and “Liar”. This new mix restores “Mad The Swine” to its originally intended place in the running order.

The set also includes the De Lane Lea Demos, session out-takes and dialogue, instrumental and backing tracks, live performances, and Queen I tracks recorded for BBC Radio One. It is presented in a rigid two-piece box with a fold-out poster and four photo prints; the book features rare and previously unseen photographs, handwritten lyrics and Freddie Mercury’s sketches.
