Made only with 100% pomegranate juice that has been slowly reduced without added sugars or additives, this pomegranate molasses delivers a pure, intense flavour. Harvested from late August to mid-autumn, the dark burgundy pomegranates are carefully selected for their ideal balance of sour and sweet notes. Approximately 340g of pure pomegranate juice are reduced to create each 250ml bottle.
