Willie’s Cacao is a British Artisan Chocolate Maker, set up in 2008 by chocolate pioneer and cocoa farmer, Willie Harcourt-Cooze. His aim is to introduce everyone to real craft made chocolate with pure, beautiful flavours.
"Few things give me such pleasure as watching someone gasping with delight as the chocolate melts, and the realisation dawns that all taste comes simply from the cacao."
Willie uses only the world’s great single estate cacaos, which like fine wines all have highly individual flavours.
To preserve these beautiful flavours, he makes the chocolate with 100% natural ingredients at low temperatures. This takes up to 3 weeks where industrial chocolate is made in a few hours.
