Award-winning luxury hot chocolate made with one of the world’s finest Single Estate cacaos. Crafted by Willie Harcourt-Cooze, UK artisan chocolate pioneer and cacao farmer, this 100% natural blend contains just two ingredients: cacao and raw cane sugar. The beans undergo a light roast and are conched for up to 21 days to develop a rich, complex flavour. Using traditional early 20th-century cocoa butter presses, some butter is removed before milling into a luxuriously smooth powder.
Perfect for hot or cold chocolate drinks, simply mix 2–3 heaped teaspoons (10–15g) into hot water or milk—dairy or non-dairy, such as oat or almond. For a vegan treat, use plant-based milk. Recognized with a Silver SOFI Award in the USA’s fine food awards and named The Independent’s UK’s Best Chocolate and Best Vegan Hot Chocolate.
Preparation: Mix 2–3 heaped teaspoons (10–15g) into a cup of hot water or milk. Stir until fully dissolved. For a richer drink, increase powder. For cold drinks, mix and chill. May contain soybeans. Not suitable for those with soy allergies. Store in a cool, dry place.
