In May 1980, Roxy Music released "Flesh + Blood," their second No. 1 album in the UK and a Top 40 entry on the US Billboard chart, peaking at No. 35. The album was preceded by the hit single "Over You," which reached No. 5 in the UK and marked a rare US chart appearance at No. 80. Two additional singles followed: "Oh Yeah" (UK No. 5) and "Same Old Scene" (UK No. 12). The album features notable cover versions of The Byrds’ "Eight Miles High" and Wilson Pickett’s "In the Midnight Hour." The iconic artwork was designed by renowned British artist Peter Saville.
