Open Mike Eagle & Kenny Segal - DOOMED! [Vinyl]

DOOMED! is a 15-song rap album by Open Mike Eagle and producer Kenny Segal, created as a first full-length collaboration. Its absurdist, black-comedy take on a breakup blends personal storytelling with the pair’s shared roots in Los Angeles hip-hop.

Across the album, Open Mike Eagle turns relationship arguments, regret and the search for freedom into vivid, offbeat scenes, while Kenny Segal builds a distinct beat for each song. “Out To Lunch” serves as the opening chapter of the album’s story.

Long-time friends and occasional collaborators, the two artists first worked together on a full body of work for DOOMED!, drawing on almost twenty years of friendship and their early connection to the Project Blowed scene.
