How to Use

• Cut the paste into small pieces and knead them together by hand. It may look crumbly at first; this is normal.
• Continue kneading until the paste is soft and malleable. Keep it covered while you work.
• Avoid over-kneading, as the cocoa butter may release and make the paste sticky. If it becomes sticky, leave it to cool before using again.
