Description
Temples, known for their adventurous spirit and constant exploration of new ideas, present their fifth album, BLISS. This record shakes up the perception of the Kettering-formed four-piece by venturing into electronic territory while remaining true to their core DNA. Experience a fresh sound where euphoric and melancholic melodies reminiscent of late '90s dance music blend seamlessly with psych-tinged riffs and loops.
For the band, BLISS signifies creative freedom and a shared joy in music creation. As Bagshaw states, they created exactly what they wanted in a 'purely selfish way,' which transforms when listeners connect with it. Forward-looking yet aware of its roots, this album is unmistakably Temples, signaling a new direction for the band.
