Description
London-raised R&B singer-songwriter Ama delivers her self-titled sophomore album, AMA, on vinyl. This project showcases a deliberate shift toward a more exposed creative state, moving away from the sonic intensity of her debut, I Came Home Late, for a more immediate, stripped-back approach to melody and songwriting.
Built around minimalist production, stacked harmonies, and sensual lyricism, AMA reflects Ama's renewed openness, exploring themes of desire, femininity, confidence, and self-revelation. The album features collaborations with prominent artists Brent Faiyaz and Bryson Tiller, presenting an emotionally direct and unguarded portrait of womanhood.
