Description
Against is a vinyl album by Ram, for listeners drawn to direct heavy metal shaped by themes of defiance and resistance. The band takes a more grounded approach here, with shorter, more direct songs.
Written over an extended period, the album brings together ideas that emerged at different times; “Leaving” includes material dating back to 2006. Ram drew on years of experience and an instinctive creative process to capture the feeling of being pushed beyond reasonable limits and refusing to comply.
