• Warm the teapot with hot water before use.
• Use one teaspoon of tea per person plus one for the pot.
• Bring freshly drawn water to a boil and pour directly over the tea.
• Cover and steep for at least 4 minutes.
• Stir gently before serving. Enjoy with milk, lemon, or sugar to taste.
