Knorr Classic Cream of Tomato Soup Mix is a convenient dehydrated soup solution ideal for quick and consistent food service preparation. Each 425g pack yields 25 portions of 170ml, making it perfect for catering environments. Simply whisk 85g of the mix into 850ml of boiling water, return to the boil while stirring occasionally, then cover and simmer for 3 minutes for a smooth, creamy tomato soup.

This vegetarian-friendly soup contains no added artificial colours or preservatives and meets UK Department of Health 2017 salt targets. The formula includes sustainably grown tomato puree powder (28%) and is bain marie stable for easy holding in serving units. Packaged dimensions: 11.5 x 13 x 10 cm. Packaging may vary.
