• Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add a generous pinch of sea salt.
• Add tortellini and boil uncovered for 11 minutes for al dente, or 12 minutes for a more tender texture.
• Stir occasionally, drain well, and serve immediately with your favorite sauce.
