Lip Critic - Theft World [CD]

Following the highly-anticipated 2024 Partisan debut Hex Dealer, Brooklyn band Lip Critic delivers their next chapter with Theft World. This album signals their continued arrival as a creative force, built from the chaos of two drummers locked in psychic combat, a uniquely struck sampler, and frontman Bret Kaser’s intense energy. Where Hex Dealer explored absurdist vignettes, Theft World functions as a fully locked-in transmission, focusing on themes of theft as a surreal, emotional constant.
