'VOLCANO' follows Jungle’s previous album 'Loving In Stereo', which proved to be a landmark moment for the acclaimed UK duo. It achieved their highest domestic UK chart position to date, debuting at #3, while also reaching their best-ever album chart positions in key international territories including Australia, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, and the Netherlands. In the US, it soared to #1 on the Billboard Dance Albums chart, leading to major arena shows as guests of Billie Eilish.

The free-spirited energy that runs throughout 'VOLCANO' reflects how organically it came together. J and T wrote much of the record while on tour, began recording during a stay at an Airbnb in Los Angeles, and completed the album back home in London at Studio B, Metropolis Studios. This time, the duo expanded their collaborative scope, featuring Erick the Architect, reuniting with Bas for 'Pretty Little Thing', and enlisting Roots Manuva, Channel Tres, and JNR Williams.
