Sourced from handpicked, shade-grown leaves, this fine powder is traditionally used in Japanese tea ceremonies and is known for its high chlorophyll content. The leaves are gently dried and ground to preserve their nutritional profile and vibrant green colour, making it ideal for use in teas, smoothies, baking, or adding to your favourite recipes.

With 22% protein content per serving, this unflavoured powder blends easily into beverages and foods without altering taste. Serve 1–2g (1–2 teaspoons) daily.
