Aptamil Multigrain Porridge is a nutritious baby cereal designed for infants from 7 months onwards, supporting healthy growth and development. Made with a unique blend of milled cereals including wholegrain wheat, rye, oat, spelt, millet, rice, and buckwheat, this cereal offers a wholesome source of energy. Enriched with galacto- and fructo-oligosaccharides (GOS/FOS) to support digestive health, it also contains essential vitamins and minerals such as vitamin D for normal bone development and iron for cognitive support.

With no added sugar or salt—only naturally occurring sugars and salt—this cereal provides a balanced option for growing babies. It includes skimmed milk powder and demineralised whey powder from milk, along with vegetable oils and corn flakes for a smooth, palatable texture that helps babies explore new tastes and textures.

• Mix 1 spoonful of cereal with 2 spoonfuls of warm, previously boiled water.
• Stir well and check temperature before feeding.
• Adjust consistency by adding more or less water as your baby's appetite develops.

Always supervise your baby during feeding and maintain good dental hygiene by cleaning teeth regularly, especially before bedtime.
