Customisable Spritz Recipe
Simply swap in your flavour of choice!
20ml MONIN syrup of your choice
120ml prosecco or sparkling white wine
60ml soda water
Pour all ingredients into a large wine glass filled with ice cubes. Stir gently to combine and garnish with a citrus slice.
What flavours work well?
Citrus; lemon, orange, lime, tangerine
Fruity; apricot, blackberry, cherry, kiwi, mango, lychee, passion fruit, peach, pear, raspberry
Floral; elderflower, hibiscus, jasmine, lavender, rose, violet

20ml MONIN syrup of your choice
50ml London Dry Gin
150ml Indian tonic water
Add all the ingredients to a highball glass, making sure to incorporate the syrup throughout the drink. Fill with ice cubes and garnish with a slice of citrus or complementary herb.
