Five-film series featuring Lieutenant Harry Callahan (Clint Eastwood), a tough, no-nonsense San Francisco detective known for bending the rules to deliver justice. "Sudden Impact" (1983) sends Callahan to a small town where he crosses paths with a vigilante seeking revenge for a past crime. Finally, in "The Dead Pool" (1988), Callahan becomes a target on a hit list that includes celebrities, forcing him to confront a new kind of killer.
