Sourced exclusively from organic farming, this olive oil is produced in harmony with nature—from harvest to bottling. Its balanced and pleasant flavor profile features subtle notes of leafy greens and vegetables, complemented by delicate bitter and spicy undertones, making it ideal for enhancing vegetables, salmon, and a variety of dishes.

The oil is cold-pressed and housed in Carapelli's signature dark glass bottle, designed by an Italian artist to preserve the oil's color, aroma, and flavor by protecting it from UV radiation. The innovative anti-drip spout ensures precise dispensing. For best results, store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and use within three months of opening. Suitable for raw use or low to medium-heat cooking, not recommended for frying above 160°C (320°F).
