Odysea Greek Kalamata PDO Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced from Koroneiki olives grown and pressed in the Kalamata region of the Peloponnese, an area renowned for its superior olive oil and protected by PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) status. This premium olive oil offers a well-balanced profile with medium fruitiness and a light to medium pungency, developing a full-bodied herbaceous flavor with citrus, fresh cut grass, and tomato vine aromas, finishing with a pleasant peppery aftertaste.
Cold-pressed solely by mechanical means, the oil retains its natural flavor and health benefits, including high levels of monounsaturated fats and polyphenols. The Koroneiki olives are carefully harvested by hand using traditional methods and pressed within hours of picking to ensure peak freshness and quality.
Usage:- Drizzle over salads, grilled fish, white meat, vegetables, and pasta
