These olives are naturally cured the traditional way without caustic soda, preserving their rich, fruity flavour and meaty texture. Characterised by their distinct almond shape and mottled purple-brown to black colour, they are ready to eat straight from the jar.
Due to their organic nature, harmless white particles may appear in the brine — this is completely normal. A perfect addition to Mediterranean dishes, salads, or antipasti platters.
