A mountain man goes on a routine manhunt and finds himself embroiled in solving a supernatural mystery in this fantasy/adventure. With the help of a female anthropologist, he learns of the Cheyenne dog soldiers who once lived in the region. Together, they journey deep into the wilderness and uncover a hidden ancient Cheyenne village behind a mysterious waterfall—a peaceful sanctuary untouched by time.

Splendidly politically incorrect by today’s standards but a bit of fun. Set in Nigeria but I suspect filmed in East a Africa - the fever trees in the wildlife scenes give it away
