Certified gluten-free and halal, it is brewed over several months for a rich and aromatic flavour with high levels of umami. Use it instead of regular soy sauce in any recipe – from stir-fries and stews to soups and salads. Approved vegan and vegetarian by V-Label (European Vegetarian Union) and GMO free.
