Preparation Instructions:

  1. Bring water and/or milk to a boil.
  2. Reduce to medium-low heat and stir in the oats.
  3. Stir occasionally until oats are soft and have absorbed most of the liquid.
  4. Remove from heat, cover, and let stand for 2–3 minutes.
