Description
Knorr Classic Cream of Leek Soup is a convenient dehydrated soup mix that makes 25 portions of 175ml each. Simply whisk 75g of the mix into 850ml of boiling water, bring back to the boil while whisking occasionally, then cover and simmer for 3 minutes for a delicious, creamy soup. Ideal for professional kitchens, this vegetarian-friendly soup contains no added artificial colors or preservatives and is bain marie stable for easy serving. Made with sustainably grown leeks (6.1%), potatoes (3.3%), spring onions (2.7%), and enriched with spinach and turmeric for flavor and color.
Ingredients: Potato starch, maltodextrin, sunflower oil, glucose syrup, leek¹ (6.1%), salt, palm fat, sugar, potatoes (3.3%), yeast extract, spring onions (2.7%), modified starch, onion powder, WHEAT flour, flavourings, lemon juice powder, spinach, turmeric.
